<div class=\"contenido text-container resize-text\" id=\"contenido-reflexion\" style=\"text-align: start\">\n Alégrate, porque Jesús está vivo. Cuando alguien nos propone un cambio radical o nos dice una verdad que nos incomoda o no encaja con nuestros planes, lo primero que hacemos normalmente es ponernos a la defensiva.<br><br>Esto es parte de lo que leemos en esta entrada de este pasaje. Los judíos no podían entender cómo Jesús decía eso de que les daría a comer su carne. Se quedaron atrapados en la lógica más básica y por andar peleando por el cómo sería esto, se estaban perdiendo el regalo que tenían enfrente.<br><br>En la vida espiritual, en las cosas de Dios, hay que entender que no todo se resuelve con la cabeza o con la lógica. Hay que aprender a creer y a confiar más, aunque no tengamos todas las respuestas o no entendamos muy bien. <br><br>Cuando Jesús habla de que comamos su carne, nos está diciendo que quiere estar tan metido en nosotros como la comida que nos da la fuerza para el día a día. No quiere que lo veamos como alguien lejano a quien visitamos un ratito, sino que quiere darnos su paz y quiere hacer que su amor se vuelva parte de nuestro propio ser, de nuestro propio ADN. <br><br>Alimentarnos de Él es en realidad dejar que su estilo de vida sea el que nos mueva en cada decisión que tomamos y que nos dé la fuerza que necesitamos. Al final de cuentas, lo que comemos define cómo nos sentimos o cómo vivimos. <br><br>Así como la comida chatarra nos hace daño, nos puede caer mal, nos puede quitar energía; alimentarnos de quejas, de miedos o de cosas que no nos nutren, como andar hablando mal de los demás, nos daña el alma. Jesús nos ofrece un alimento que no se acaba y la clave es que, cuando sientas que ya no tienes suficiente fuerza, debemos buscar ese alimento que es el único que de verdad nos sostiene cuando las cosas se ponen difíciles. <br><br>Quien se une a Jesús de verdad empieza a vivir su vida de una manera diferente. No se trata de echarle ganas solo con nuestras fuerzas, sino de dejar que su vida fluya a través de la nuestra.
